Elopement Photos at The Love Shack Weddings in Knutsford
The Love Shack Weddings is an elopement wedding venue tucked away in the countryside outside Knutsford, Cheshire. It is exclusively for intimate weddings and is the perfect setting for a stress-free wedding day. It boasts beautiful gardens, an orchard and a lake.
It has onsite accommodation in the form of luxury lodges and incredible scenery overlooking the lake on the grounds. The Love Shack and its lodges are all licensed for legal marriages, so you can choose where you’d like your ceremony to take place.
The Love Shack is a romantic setting for tying the knot, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests (excluding the two of you), making it the perfect choice for an intimate celebration.
The Stables Lodge
The Stables is a luxury lodge onsite at Moss Wood. It is the main accommodation for couples to stay in.
The Stables is just a short walk down a woodland path to the Love Shack, and it looks out over the lake and a huge lawn area.
It is a beautiful space to get ready in. I loved making use of the natural light from the windows and door in these getting-ready photos.
The Stables also provides a space to hang out after the ceremony. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas which can be used for a relaxed wedding breakfast, or to down some shots!
If you require accommodation for your guests, there is a second lodge on site too, The Summerhouse.
The Love Shack Venue
The wedding shack is nestled down a winding path in Moss Wood, and it is surrounded by nature.
Here you can have your wedding ceremony outside on the porch, and exchange vows surrounded by trees and twinkling lights.
This is an incredible setting for your wedding photos as the trees provide shade and therefore lovely, even lighting.
The scenery and nature in Moss Wood make a beautiful backdrop for wedding portraits, as the natural leading lines of the path draw your eye into the photos.
The Love Boat
After your wedding takes place, you can enjoy a moment of peace together on the lake in a rowboat. This is a great opportunity for photos, and it is a unique experience for your wedding day.
