Creatively Documenting the Joy of 2024 Weddings
Another year over just like that! 2024 has been a whirlwind, and my busiest year as a wedding photographer yet!
As a result, I’ve found it incredibly difficult to choose my favourite images this year. I’ve experienced (and photographed) so many joyful moments, both big and small, and there’s so much I’d love to share. But in the end, I’ve managed to narrow my selection down to 150 photos. You can see them all in super-fast mode on the slideshow, or scroll through each photo individually below.

2024 Wedding: The Numbers
- 34 weddings photographed (a total of 294 hours)
- 58 hours of travelling
- Over 18000 wedding photos delivered (95% colour)
- 6975 views on my online wedding galleries
- 23 New 5* Google Reviews
- 29 Awards winning images overall, including 6 This is Reportage awards (3 reportage awards and 3 story awards)
Those 6 awards earned me a spot in the Top 100 Photographers List: Worldwide Top 20 and UK Top 10 Lists. I also appeared in the Top 25 Storytellers list for the first time.
I also made the Top 10 list for Photographers Keeping it Real for the second year in a row, which was a lovely surprise.
In Other News
I had the pleasure of chatting with Alex on his podcast To Have and Download. One of my goals this year was to appear on another podcast so thanks so much to Alex for having me! This episode will be out soon and available via Apple Podcasts.

Sunday 12th January
I’ll be exhibiting at the Quirky Wedding Fayre @ The Faversham in Leeds. Entry is free (VIP tickets are also available) so come along and say hi in person! I’d love to see you there.

Wednesday 26th February
I’ll be speaking at my first-ever conference in London! Motion is a one-day event hosted by NineDots all about hybrid shooting and content creation. I’ll be sharing ideas and actionable tips to help photographers harness the power of BTS content and stand out in the wedding photography industry.
A handful of tickets for this event may still be available via the NineDots website.
Booking 2025 and 2026
As ever, I’m incredibly grateful to all my couples this year for putting their faith in me and trusting me to capture their special day. Now I’m looking forward to meeting all my future couples who have booked for 2025 and beyond!
